

William E. Pritchard III is the Chairman and CEO of Indigo Minerals LLC. Bill began his career as a petroleum geologist with Marathon Oil Company in Shreveport and later in Houston. While working for Marathon, he received his J.D., cum laude , from South Texas College of Law. He later became a partner in the New Orleans firm of Adams & Reese L.L.P where he headed the firm's energy practice. He is a former Chairman of the oil, gas and mineral law section of the Alabama Bar. Bill later served as Managing Partner of Merchant Resources #1, L.P., a GE Capital Oil and Gas limited partnership and Managing Director, Oil and Gas Corporate Finance, with Jefferies & Company, Inc. In 2003, Bill co-founded and became Chairman of Peak Energy Resources, Inc., an independent exploration and production company. At Peak, he oversaw the successful divestment of the company to Forest Oil Corporation in 2005 and to XTO Energy, Inc. in 2006. He is also Chairman of M3 Midstream LLC, a gas gathering and processing company whose predecesssor companies, Momentum Energy and M2 Midsteam, were sold to DCP Midstream and Enterprise in 2007 and 2010, respectively. Bill graduated with a B.A. Degree in Geology from Washington and Lee University in 1980.
Keith E. Jordan is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Indigo Minerals LLC. Keith began his career with Cities Service (later acquired by Occidental Petroleum) as a petroleum geologist in 1979 and progressed through the ranks over a 19 year career at Oxy, serving in a variety of management positions in various locations. In 1998, he became Vice President of Exploration/Production and Operations for Santos USA Corporation (a subsidiary of Santos Ltd of Australia). In 2001, Keith became Vice President of Exploration and Land for Contour Energy, Co. which later sold to Samson Resources. In 2004, he formed EverStar Energy, LLC as a new private entity to acquire oil and gas producing assets in North Louisiana and East Texas and served in the position of founder and President of EverStar Energy. Keith graduated with a B.S. Degree in Geology from Louisiana State University in 1979.
Becky Bayless is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Indigo Minerals LLC. Becky began her career in the oil and gas industry with Merit Energy Company in Dallas. She later helped form Prize Energy Company as their Controller. Prize later sold to Magnum Hunter and she then served as Controller of Energy Resource Technology, a subsidiary of Helix Energy Solutions. Becky graduated with a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Arkansas State University in 1992, and is a CPA licensed in the state of Texas.
Fred Bakun
is the Senior Vice President - Engineering of Indigo
Minerals LLC. Fred began his career in 1996 with BP Exploration, Alaska Inc, working on the super giant Prudhoe Bay oil field. He later held a variety of engineering and commercial roles with BP in Alaska, London and Houston developing oil and non-conventional gas fields. Most recently, he was a Senior Staff Engineer for Peoples Energy Production developing their substantial East Texas/North Louisiana resource position. He earned a B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona in 1995.
Bradley J. Rome is the Senior Vice President - Land of Indigo Minerals LLC.
Brad began his oil and gas career in 1980 as a gulf coast Landman with Texaco Exploration and Production Inc. He later served as a Senior Staff Landman with Burlington Resources E&P managing over 600,000 acres of minerals in Louisiana. Recently, Brad served as a Sr. Staff Landman over E. Texas and N. LA. for Peoples Energy Production, which grew very rapidly and was sold to El Paso. He earned a B.S. Degree in Business Administration- Finance from Louisiana State University in 1978. Brad is also a Certified Professional Landman currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Houston Association of Petroleum Landmen.
Chris Whitten is the Vice President - Geoscience of Indigo Minerals LLC. Chris began his career in 1988 with OXY USA as a development geologist working East Texas and North Louisiana. In 1998 he joined Pogo Producing Company as an exploration geologist using 3D seismic to map the Hackberry of South Louisiana along with the Woodbine and Austin Chalk of Southeast Texas. He joined Indigo Minerals in 2007. Chris graduated with a B.S. in Geology from Trinity University in San Antonio in 1985 and with a M.S. in Geology from Texas A&M in 1988. He is an AAPG Certified Petroleum Geologist and is a Licensed Professional Geoscientist in the State of Texas.
